scheduling

Please send me a message through my contact form or call me directly at (310) 293-8420 to schedule an initial consultation.

If you reach my confidential voicemail, please feel free to leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours. Please note that calls received over the weekend or over a holiday will be returned the next business day.


Appointment changes and CANCELations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please kindly notify me (phone/text) at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.

fees

$250 - Intake / Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

$175 - Individual Psychotherapy, In-office or Online (55 minutes)

$250 - Individual Psychotherapy, Intensive (90 minutes)

$250 - EMDR sessions (100-120 minutes to allow for appropriate preparation, processing, and follow up)

I offer a limited number of reduced-fee weekly sessions for those with low income or significant financial hardship. Reduced fees are determined on an individual basis during the initial consultation.

insurance

I am not currently in-network with any insurance companies and do not bill insurance on behalf of clients. Each session is fee for service, meaning payment is collected at the beginning or end of each session.

I can provide you with a statement known as a “Superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, based on your plan. Please call your insurance provider and ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits. Superbills are generated and given to clients at the close of the monthly billing cycle.

Please note: I will be required by your insurance company to submit a diagnosis code (ie., your mental health diagnosis) which will become part of your permanent medical record. I encourage you to carefully consider your options in order to make the best choice for you and your situation.

Payments

Credit card and HSA/FSA payments in office or through the client portal are preferred (once established). I also accept cash, Venmo, and personal checks for established clients.

Confidentiality is essential to the therapeutic relationship, allowing you a safe place to address personal issues. Your legal right to confidentiality will be carefully maintained and information about you will never be disclosed without your written permission, except in cases of imminent or possible harm to yourself, abuse of others (minors, dependent adults, or the elderly) or as ordered by a court of law.
